The invention discloses an emergency risk avoiding device for a highway bridge. The emergency risk avoiding device comprises a risk avoiding platform fixedly installed on the outer side of a bridge guardrail and a fence fixedly installed on the risk avoiding platform and used for protection. The risk avoiding platform comprises an installation base, and the installation base covers the surface ofthe bridge guardrail in a conformal mode and is fixed through bolts penetrating through the bridge guardrail. The fence is installed on the non-bridge guardrail contact edge of the risk avoiding platform; and the edge, making contact with a bridge guardrail, of the risk avoiding platform is a personnel passage. The device can effectively overcome the defects that a highway bridge lacks an out-of-road danger avoiding place, and passengers in vehicles with emergencies do not have corresponding danger avoiding areas. The safety of risk avoiding personnel can be effectively guaranteed, the probability of secondary accidents of the highway bridge can be greatly reduced, and the operation safety of the highway bridge is improved; the device is simple in structure and low in cost, and can be applied to bridges of various structures according to actual conditions.
