Integrally-prefabricated assembled combined bent cap and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an integrally-prefabricated assembled combined bent cap and a construction method thereof. The integrally-prefabricated assembled combined bent cap comprises a plate body, a beam body, bent cap pier connecting sections, shear keys and grouting sleeves. The construction method comprises the steps that 1, a beam body is manufactured, and a shear key is welded to the beam body; 2, grouting sleeves are arranged, and after a beam body is installed in place, a plate body and bent cap pier connecting section is poured; 3, the plate body, the beam body, the bent cap pier connecting section, the shear key and the grouting sleeve are transported to a construction site, and site hoisting in place is completed; grouting materials are poured into the grouting sleeves, and on-site assembly is completed. According to the invention, the connecting section of the plate body and the bent cap pier which are prefabricated by concrete has the characteristic of good compressive property; a conventional concrete bent cap and prestressed concrete bent cap structure at present is improved, the steel beam and the concrete plate are connected into a whole through the shear keys, the weight is far smaller than that of a solid concrete bent cap with the same boundary dimension, and on-site construction operation can be carried out conveniently.
本发明公开了一种整体预制拼装组合盖梁及其施工方法,该整体预制拼装组合盖梁包括板体、梁体、盖梁桥墩连接段、剪力键和灌浆套筒;该施工方法包括步骤一:完成梁体的制作,并在梁体上焊接好剪力健;步骤二:布置灌浆套筒并将梁体安装到位后,浇筑板体和盖梁桥墩连接段;步骤三:将板体、梁体、盖梁桥墩连接段、剪力键和灌浆套筒运输至施工现场,完成现场吊装就位;在灌浆套筒中灌注灌浆料,完成现场拼装。本发明由采用混凝土预制的板体和盖梁桥墩连接段具有受压性能好的特点,改进目前常规的混凝土盖梁以及预应力混凝土盖梁结构,通过剪力键,将钢梁与混凝土板连接为整体,所述重量远小于同样外形尺寸的实心混凝土盖梁,便于现场开展施工作业。
