The invention discloses a concrete dam maintaining device. The device comprises a machine body and a detection cavity mounted in the machine body, a first sliding groove is formed in the bottom wall of the detection cavity, an extrusion plate is arranged on the first sliding groove in a sliding manner, a first spring is connected between the extrusion plate and the bottom wall of the first slidinggroove, a pull rope cavity located in the lower side of the detection cavity is formed in the machine body, a detection cavity formed in the lower side of the pull rope cavity is formed n the machinebody, a probe hole is formed in the bottom wall of the detection cavity, a probe is formed in the probe hole, a spring is connected between the upper end of the probe and the upper end of the detection cavity, a pull rope is arranged between the probe and the extrusion plate, the device can normally work in the water and can be used even if the water pressure is too large, during use, the depth and the size of cracks can be accurately detected, the amount of repair resin can be roughly determined, an enough area can be cleaned out for repair work, and the water quality pollution caused by excessive amount can be avoided.
