The invention discloses an ecological restoration system based on fishery waters. A cleaning assembly is mounted on one side of a supporting ship body, a cutting motor is mounted at the top end of thesupporting ship body, cutting fan blades are welded to the output end of the cutting motor, connecting plates are welded to the two sides of the supporting ship body, mounting openings are formed inone sides of the connecting plates, movable lead screws are mounted on the inner sides of the mounting openings, collecting net boxes are installed on one sides of the connecting plates, a rotating groove is formed in the supporting ship body, and a rotating lead screw is installed on the inner side of the rotating groove. According to the ecological restoration system based on the fishery waters,cutting aquatic plant impurities at the front end of the ship body is carried out so that the collecting aquatic plant impurities is conveniently carried out; a motor drives the lead screws to rotate, the height of the collecting net box is changed according to the thickness of the impurities, after collection is completed, the collecting net box is pulled out of the water surface, impurities inthe inner part of the collecting net box are taken out; the impurities are pushed into a containing box through a U-shaped push plate, so that workers can conveniently and rapidly collect the impurities, and the impurity collecting speed is further increased; and meanwhile, an intercepting box can collect algae, so that synchronous collection of the aquatic plant impurities and the algae is achieved.
