The invention relates to the technical field of automatic garbage cleaning devices and provides an automatic garbage cleaning device for a drainage ditch. The automatic garbage cleaning device comprises a fixed baffle plate arranged in the drainage ditch; a movable baffle plate capable of moving vertically is arranged on the water flow impact side of the fixed baffle plate; a lifting connecting rope is connected onto the movable baffle plate; the end, far away from the movable baffle plate, of the lifting connecting rope is connected with a floating buoy; the floating buoy is slidably arrangedin the drainage ditch; and an auxiliary driving mechanism is connected to the top of the floating buoy; a garbage collection tank is arranged on the other side of the fixed baffle plate; and the garbage collection tank is detachably arranged in the drainage ditch. The automatic garbage cleaning device for the drainage ditch in the invention solves the problems that the garbage cleaning of the drainage ditch at present mainly depends on manual fishing with a net bag, so that the labor intensity of cleaning personnel is high and the cleaning is inconvenient.
