Prefabricated underground continuous wall, underground continuous wall structure and construction method
The invention particularly relates to a prefabricated underground continuous wall. The prefabricated underground continuous wall comprises a prefabricated underground continuous wall body, wherein thetwo ends of the prefabricated underground continuous wall body are each provided with a steel plate water-stop belt, one end of each steel plate water-stop belt is embedded into the prefabricated underground continuous wall body, and the other end of each steel plate water-stop belt extends out of the prefabricated underground continuous wall body; and the two sides of one end of the prefabricated underground continuous wall body are each provided with a pre-embedded steel plate for being spliced with a post-constructed prefabricated underground continuous wall body. The invention further provides an underground continuous wall structure and a construction method. The pre-constructed underground continuous wall and the post-constructed underground continuous wall both adopt the prefabricated underground continuous wall; one end of the post-constructed underground continuous wall extends to the portion between the two pre-embedded steel plates at the end of the pre-constructed underground continuous wall and is fixedly connected with the pre-embedded steel plates; and then concrete is poured between the pre-constructed underground continuous wall and the post-constructed underground continuous wall. According to the underground continuous wall structure, the prefabricated assembly form is adopted, the construction quality can be guaranteed, the field construction process is simplified, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明具体涉及一种预制地下连续墙,包括预制地下连续墙本体,其两端均设有钢板止水带,且钢板止水带的一端嵌入预制地下连续墙本体内,另一端伸至预制地下连续墙本体外;预制地下连续墙本体其中一端的两侧均设有用于与后施工的预制地下连续墙本体拼接的预埋钢板。本发明还提供一种地下连续墙结构及施工方法,其中先行施工地下连续墙和后行施工地下连续墙均采用上述预制地下连续墙;将后行施工地下连续墙的一端伸至先行施工地下连续墙端部的两个预埋钢板之间并与预埋钢板固定连接;之后再在先行施工地下连续墙和后行施工地下连续墙之间灌注混凝土。本实施例的地下连续墙结构采用预制拼装形式,可以保证施工质量,简化现场施工工序,提高施工效率。
