The invention discloses a cast-in-place concrete long pile vibrating device and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete cast-in-place pile construction. The device comprises a protective cylinder, a guide pipe, a steel base and a concrete funnel; the upper part of the steel base is provided with a supporting vertical seat and a motor; the funnel is arranged onthe supporting vertical seat; the end of the motor is connected with a transmission rod, and one end of the transmission rod is provided with a transmission bevel gear; the transmission bevel gear ismatched with a driven bevel gear at the upper part of a transmission guide pipe, a concentric bearing is arranged at the middle part of the transmission guide pipe, and the bearing is placed in a groove reserved at the bottom of the supporting vertical seat; and the guide pipe is located between the transmission guide pipe and a guide pipe with a protrusive block, and the guide pipe with the protrusive block is located lowermost. The device has simple structure principle, realizes mechanical operation by vibration, and is particularly suitable for construction of a pile foundation with a longpile body.
