Buried well of grid reinforced composite structure, and manufacturing method thereof
Provided is a buried well of a grid reinforced composite structure. A well body of the buried well is composed of a fiber reinforced resin-based composite material, the wall thickness of the buried well body comprises an inner lining layer, an inner structural layer, a grid reinforcing rib layer, an outer structural layer and an outer protective layer which are sequentially arranged from inside tooutside, and the grid reinforcing rib layer is positioned between the inner structural layer and the outer structural layer and comprises a plurality of strands of cross-wound yarn bundles wound on the inner structural layer. The buried well of the grid reinforced composite structure is high in strength, long in service life and wide in application range, compared with a brick-built structure shaft, a concrete structure shaft and an annular reinforced glass fiber reinforced plastic shaft, the buried well of the grid reinforced composite structure has higher rigidity, effectively avoids cylinder instability caused by soil covering external pressure, and saves raw materials, is lower in manufacturing cost and has considerable economic benefits because the porosity of the grid reinforced layer can reach 50%.
