The invention discloses an underground water recharge treatment system, a construction method and a mine water recharge method. By analyzing the recharge parameters such as the geology and the hydrology geology of an earth surface soil layer and deep aquifers of a mine area, the overall design of using the earth surface and the deep aquifers for recharge and storage of mine well water is proposed,contamination components generated in the coal production process are effectively removed, the quality of mine water is purified, separated recycling of mine water resources is promoted, storage of the mine water resources in the deep aquifers is achieved, earth surface invalid evaporation is reduced, underground water resources are protected, the earth surface and the aquifers are fully utilized, the engineering construction cost of mine water treatment facilities is reduced, and finally the mine water resources of mine area well work coal mines in the arid and semi-arid area are protected to the maximum extent.
