The equipment comprises a water tank assembly, a water inlet pipeline assembly, a pressure-superposed water supply assembly, a pressurizing water supply assembly, a water outlet pipeline assembly and a control system, a liquidometer is mounted on a water tank, the water inlet pipeline assembly comprises a first branchpipe and a second branch pipe, a first electric valve is arranged on a water inlet main pipe, the first branch pipe is provided with a second electric valve and a remote control floating ball valve in sequence, the second branch pipe is provided with a check valve and a first pressure transmitter, the pressure-superposed water supply assembly comprises a first water inlet pipe, a first variable frequency pump and a second variable frequency pump are arranged on a first water inlet branch pipe and a second water inlet branch pipe correspondingly, the pressurizing water supply assembly comprises a second water inlet pipe, a third variable frequency pump and a fourth variable frequency pump are arranged on a third water inlet branch pipe and a fourth water inlet branch pipe correspondingly,the water outlet pipeline assembly comprises a water outlet main pipe, the first water inlet branch pipe, the second water inlet branch pipe, a third water inlet branch pipe and a fourth water inlet branch pipe communicate with a water outlet gathering pipe, the water outlet main pipe is provided with an electric contact pressure meter and a second pressure transmitter, the control system comprises a PLC and a man-machine interaction module, through the control system, the pressure-superposed water supply assembly is controlled to be started at the water using low ebb to supply water for a user, and at the water using peak, the pressuring water supply assembly is started for supply water for the user.
