Automatic dredging device for blow-off pipeline
The invention discloses an automatic dredging device for a blow-off pipeline. The device comprises a main box, a water inlet cavity with an upward opening is formed in the main box, the lower side ofthe water inlet cavity is provided with with a water outlet cavity with a rightward opening in a communicating mode, and a centrifugal wheel cavity is rightwards formed in the tail end of the lower side of the right end face of the water inlet cavity in a communicating mode; and the centrifugal wheel cavity communicates with the water outlet cavity downwards, the left side of the water outlet cavity communicates with a sensing water inlet cavity, and a water level cavity upwards communicates with the tail end of the left side of the upper end face of the sensing water inlet cavity. A motor isstarted through automatic floating of a floating block during blockage, the automation degree is high, the pipeline can be dredged in time, the problem of water accumulation is avoided, and the problems that due to long-time blockage, peculiar smell is generated and bacteria breed and corrode the pipeline are also avoided. The motor drives an impeller to rotate to increase water pressure for dredging. Meanwhile, a centrifugal wheel is driven to rotate to mechanically remove accumulated blockage at corners, the cleaning strength is large, and manpower is also saved.
本发明公开了一种排污管道的自动疏通装置;包括主箱体,主箱体内设有开口向上的进水腔,进水腔下侧连通设有开口向右的出水腔,进水腔右端面下侧末端向右连通设有离心轮腔,离心轮腔向下与出水腔连通,出水腔左侧连通设有传感进水腔,传感进水腔上端面左侧末端向上连通设有水位腔,堵塞时通过浮块自动上浮启动电机,自动化程度高,可以及时的对管道进行疏通,以免出现积水现象,也避免了因长期的堵塞而产生异味和滋生细菌腐蚀管道的问题发生,电机驱动叶轮转动增大水压进行疏通,同时驱动离心轮转动对拐角处堆积的堵塞物进行机械清理,清理力度大,也节省了人力。
