Centrifugal rotating wheel anti-falling climbing frame
The invention discloses a centrifugal rotating wheel anti-falling climbing frame which comprises a guide rail, multiple wall-attached guide bases and the like. A row of locating parts are arranged onthe guide rail in the length direction of the guide rail. The climbing frame further comprises anti-falling wheels arranged on the wall-attached guide bases. Each anti-falling wheel comprises a rotating wheel with the periphery provided with multiple wheel teeth, and a sliding block installed on the wheel teeth in a sleeving manner. Each sliding block is in sliding fitting with the corresponding wheel teeth and can slide in the radial direction of the corresponding rotating wheel. A clamping and stopping part is installed on each wall-attached guide base. When the guide rail moves normally, the anti-falling wheels can rotate freely under driving of the guide rail. When the guide rail falls off, under the centrifugal force effect, the sliding blocks slide in the radial direction of the rotating wheels relative to the wheel teeth and are stopped by the clamping and stopping parts, thus the rotating wheels stop rotating, the wheel teeth abut against the locating parts of the guide rail, the guide rail is braked, and falling of the guide rail is prevented. The centrifugal rotating wheel anti-falling climbing frame is simple in structure, low in machining cost, convenient to maintain and high in reliability.
