Concrete crane hopper
The invention discloses a concrete crane hopper. A hopper is an integrated body comprising a lower-section circular truncated cone body and an upper-section cylindrical body; a hopper support comprises a frame type base and stand columns erected on the periphery of the base; a pair of half-round steel plates are butt-jointed to form a round sealing plate to seal a discharging opening; on the outercircumference of the concrete hopper, a pair of fan gear pieces meshing with each other to rotate are arranged on the two symmetric sides; longitudinal connecting rods bulging upwards are welded on the two symmetric side edges of each half-round steel plate; the top ends of the longitudinal connecting rods are fixedly connected with the fan gear pieces in the corresponding positions; the half-round steel plate on one side is a driving plate, the half-round steel plate on the other side is a driven plate, and a connecting block is fixedly welded on the outer side edge of the driving plate; theconnecting block is pulled outwards by a sealing driving component, so that the driving plate drives the driven plate to be separated from the driving plate through the fan gear pieces meshing with each other to rotate, and then the discharging opening of the hopper is opened, otherwise the discharging opening of the hopper is closed. According to the concrete crane hopper, the discharging opening can be closed at any time, the discharging speed is adjustable, and the hoper is efficient and convenient.
本发明公开了一种混凝土吊车料斗，其料斗是由下段圆台体和上段圆柱体构成的整体，料斗支架由框式底座和直立在底座四周的立柱构成；一对半圆形钢板对拼成圆形封口板封闭在出料口上，在混凝土料斗的外圆周上，处在对称两侧分别设置一对相互啮合转动的扇齿片，半圆形钢板对称的两侧边分别焊装有向上凸伸的纵向连杆，纵向连杆的顶端与对应位置上的扇齿片固定连接；任一侧半圆钢板为主动板，另一侧为从动板，在主动板的外侧边固定焊装连接块；由封口驱动构件向外拉动连接块，使主动板通过啮合转动的扇齿片带动从动板与主动板相分离则料斗出料口开启，反之则料斗出料口封闭。本发明能随时封闭出料口，其放料速度可调，高效且便捷。
