The invention discloses a stereo garage lifting mechanism for smart parking. The stereo garage lifting mechanism comprises framework steel, wherein an H-shaped steel cross beam is fixedly mounted at the top of the framework steel; the left and right sides of the top of the cross beam are both fixedly provided with H-shaped steel girders; two sides of an H-shaped steel web are movably connected with a connection shaft, a chain wheel I, a chain wheel II and a chain wheel III in a sleeved manner respectively; and the front and rear sides of the connection shaft are fixedly connected with chain wheels IV in a sleeved manner. According to the stereo garage lifting mechanism for smart parking, the top of a chain III is pulled to move to the right side and a chain II is pulled to move to the leftside, so that an objective table at the bottoms of the chain II and the chain III is conveniently driven to move upwards; and therefore, a vehicle on a tray is driven to move upwards to realize a function of causing the tray with the vehicle to run to an upper layer safely and steadily, and one more tray with a vehicle can be parked in a lower-layer space, thus realizing two-layer parking.
