The driving devices are arranged on a parking cabin and a lifting elevator, and comprise mounting plates, rolling shafts and driving structures, wherein the rolling shafts are arranged on the mounting plates, and the driving structures are arranged in the mounting plates and used for driving the rolling shafts to rotate. Stabilizing assemblies used for stabilizing vehicle conveying plate conveying are arranged between the vehicle conveying plates and the driving devices.
