The invention discloses a fully-sealed automobile door lock out-opening mechanism. The fully-sealed automobile door lock out-opening mechanism comprises a cover plate and a pull wire assembly, whereinthe pull wire assembly is assembled in a pull wire slot in an automobile door lock; the tail end of the pull wire assembly is connected to an out-opening rocker arm of a door lock; a fixed part is arranged on the back surface of the cover plate; the pull wire assembly is fixedly connected to a fixed plate on the cover plate; the cover plate covers the pull wire slot; and the pull wire slot is sealed and covered. The pull wire assembly comprises a casting head, a stainless steel wire rope, a corrugated tube, a connector and a sleeve. The out-opening mechanism can be completely sealed inside the lock body; and the fixed part, barbs, a rectangular slot, a sealing strip and the corrugated tube are matched, so that the effect of fixing, preventing dropping, preventing dust and water is achieved after assembly.
