The invention relates to an aluminum-clad wood sliding side-moving sealed door and window. The aluminum-clad wood sliding side-moving sealed door and window comprises a door frame, a fixed door leaf and an opening door leaf, the fixed door leaf and the opening door leaf are located in the door frame, the opening door leaf is located at the outer side of a room, and an upper guide rail and a lowerguide rail are arranged on the door frame; and the opening door leaf comprises a door leaf body, a transmission device arranged on one circle of the outer contour of the door leaf body, structural parts respectively arranged on two sides, close to the upper guide rail and the lower guide rail, of the transmission device, guide wheels and pulleys which slide on the upper guide rail and the lower guide rail and are respectively matched with the structural parts to enable the opening door leaf to horizontally move indoors or outdoors, a handle mounted on a frame, far away from one side of the fixed door leaf, of the door leaf body to drive the transmission device to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise, and a door lock structure mounted on the side, opposite to the door frame, of the door leaf body. The door and window has the effect that friction between the opening door leaf and a sealing structure on the door frame can be avoided during opening, so that the sliding is convenient. Meanwhile, when the door and window are locked, the air tightness and the water tightness of the door and window are more excellent in a mode that the door frame is pressed by side-moving of the opening doorleaf.
