The invention provides an aluminum alloy fire window applied to the technical field of doors and windows. The aluminum alloy fire window comprises a window frame, a window sash, a pulley, a pull rope,a worm gear, a worm, two first connecting plates and a bimetallic strip. The pulley is fixedly arranged on the upper portion of the window frame. One end of the pull rope is fixedly arranged at the other end of the window sash, and the pull rope strides over a groove of the pulley. The worm gear is rotationally connected to the window frame through a rotary shaft. The other end of the pull rope is fixedly arranged on the rotary shaft. The worm penetrates through the two first connecting plates and is rotationally connected between the two first connecting plates, and the worm is engaged withthe worm gear. The two first connecting plates are fixedly arranged on an active layer of the bimetallic strip. The bimetallic strip is fixedly arranged on the window frame, and the active layer of the bimetallic strip is located above a passive layer of the bimetallic strip. A gap is reserved between the bimetallic strip and the window frame. The unfolding spiral angle of the worm is smaller thanthe friction angle of the contact between the worm gear and the worm. The fire window can be automatically closed when a fire disaster happens, and fire spreading is avoided.
本发明提供了一种应用在门窗技术领域的铝合金防火窗,包括窗框、窗扇、滑轮、拉绳、蜗轮、蜗杆、第一连接板及双金属片,滑轮固设于窗框的上部,拉绳的一端固设于窗扇的另一端且拉绳跨过滑轮的凹槽,第一连接板设有两块,蜗轮通过转轴可转动地连接于窗框之上,拉绳的另一端固设于转轴之上,蜗杆穿过两块第一连接板并可转动地连接于两块第一连接板之中且蜗杆与蜗轮啮合,两块第一连接板固设于双金属片的主动层上,双金属片固设于窗框之上且双金属片的主动层位于双金属片的被动层的上方,双金属片与窗框之间留有间隙,蜗杆的展开螺旋角小于蜗轮蜗杆接触的摩擦角。本发明可以使防火窗在火灾发生时自动关闭,避免火势蔓延。
