The invention relates to a gas lift reverse slag hole forming construction method. In the drilling process, an air compressor is used for conveying compressed air into an air pipe, gas lift reverse cycle is formed in drilling, three-phase flow of mud, air and deposited slag in a hole upwards run along a drill rod, are discharged out of a hole and enter a filter slag device, the mud filtered through the filter slag device is deposited through a deposition pond and then enters a mud pond, and then, the mud is conveyed into a drilled hole through a mud pump to be cyclically used. During drilling,rock slag blocks in the hole are discharged in time, the hole bottom is clean, repeated crushing of hole bottom drillings is little, the hole cleaning efficiency is high, and the pile forming qualityis good. A supporting frame is used for supporting the steel mud pond and the steel deposition pond over water, the mud in a drilling pile is drawn out and arrives at the mud pond after being deposited through the deposition pond, mud in the mud pond then is pumped and flows back into the drilling pile, the mud can be cyclically used many times, the mud usage frequency is increased, the materialcost can be reduced, and pollution to the environment from overwater pile foundation construction can be avoided.
本发明涉及气举反渣成孔施工方法,在钻进过程中,通过空气压缩机将压缩空气输进风管,使钻孔形成气举反循环,孔内泥浆、空气、沉渣的三相流沿钻杆向上运行,被排出孔口并进入滤渣装置,经滤渣装置过滤后的泥浆经沉淀池沉淀后进入泥浆池,然后通过泥浆泵送至钻孔孔内循环使用。本发明在钻进的同时及时排出孔内岩渣块,孔底清洁,孔底钻屑重复破碎较少,清孔效率高,成桩质量较好;本发明通过支撑架将钢制泥浆池和钢制沉淀池支撑于水上,钻孔桩中的泥浆被抽出,经沉淀池沉淀后到达泥浆池,泥浆池中的泥浆再泵回流至钻孔桩中,泥浆可以多次循环使用,增加了泥浆的使用次数,可降低材料成本,而且可避免水上桩基施工对环境的污染。
