The invention discloses an ecological pig raising system and an ecological circulation method thereof. The ecological pig raising system is characterized in that a rainwater cavity for storing rainwater is formed in the upper end of a pig house, and the pig house is divided into an upper-layer pig raising room and a lower-layer pig raising room. The invention further discloses the ecological circulation method. The ecological circulation method comprises the following steps: S1, building the pig house; S2, building a manure pit; S3, building a fish pond; S4, building a planting base; S5, building a water circulation system; S6, building a biogas manure circulation system; and S7, building a rainwater utilization system. Feed of the whole pig raising ecological system can be supplied through houttuynia cordata bred in the fish pond and vegetables planted in the planting base, drinking water can be supplied through rainwater, water of the planting base can be supplied through the fish pond, fertilizers of the planting base can be supplied through biogas manure in a biogas digester, fish feed in the fish pond can be supplied through maggots bred in the manure pit, water in the fish pond can be supplied through underground water, and power source of electrical equipment of the whole system can be supplied through power generation of biogas in the biogas digester.
