The invention discloses a contaminated soil remediation system. The contaminated soil remediation system comprises: leaching equipment, which comprises a reagent tank, a leaching injection device andan injection well, wherein the reagent tank can store at least one of a surfactant and hydrogen peroxide, the injection well extends into contaminated soil, and the leaching injection device can convey a solution reagent in the reagent tank to the injection well; and extraction equipment, which comprises a suction device and an extraction well, wherein the extraction well extends into the contaminated soil, the suction device is connected with the extraction well, and a leaching interval is formed between the injection well and the extraction well. According to such a scheme, the problems thatpollutant extraction efficiency is low, extraction cost is high and secondary pollution is likely to occur in existing contaminated soil remediation processes can be solved. The invention further discloses a contaminated soil remediation method.
