According to the splicable ladle furnace lining brick and the manufacturing method thereof, when ladle furnace lining bricks are spliced and fixed, the ladle furnace lining bricks can be spliced and fixed in the left-right direction and the up-down direction, so that splicing in multiple directions is carried out, a ladle furnace is built and fixed more firmly, and the overall strength of the ladle furnace is improved; when the ladle furnace lining bricks are used after being built, the liquid flow resistance can be increased, so that the vibration frequency is reduced, a good damping effect is achieved, and the use stability of the ladle furnace is improved; and the lining bricks can be circularly dried and cooled after being baked, so that the shaping capacity of the lining bricks is improved, and the breakage rate of the lining bricks is reduced.
