Comprehensive utilization device and method for carbide slag
The invention discloses a comprehensive utilization device and method for carbide slag. The device comprises a flotation silicon removal unit, an active lime preparation unit and a micro-powder calcium carbonate preparation unit, wherein the flotation silicon removal unit comprises a flotation stirring tank, a flotation machine and a first filter press; the active lime preparation unit comprises apreheater, a roasting furnace, a cooler and a ball pressing forming system; and the micro-powder calcium carbonate preparation unit comprises a strong magnetic separator, a hydrocyclone, a carbonization tank, a thickener, a second filter press and a drying and grinding system. The method comprises the following steps: adjusting the pH value of carbide slag slurry, desiliconizing and decarbonizingthe slurry, and carrying out filter pressing to prepare a calcium hydroxide filter cake; preheating the calcium hydroxide filter cake, taking one part of the calcium hydroxide filter cake as a desulfurizing agent, performing high-temperature roasting on the other part of the calcium hydroxide filter cake to form active lime, performing ball pressing and forming to prepare active lime particles, and taking the active lime particles as a raw material of the calcium carbide preparation system; adding water to dilute the calcium hydroxide filter cake, removing iron compounds by magnetic separation, preparing calcium carbonate slurry in the carbonization tank after impurity removal, preparing a calcium carbonate filter cake by filter pressing after thickening, and conducting drying and grinding to form micro-powder calcium carbonate.
一种电石渣综合利用装置及方法,装置包括浮选除硅单元、活性石灰制备单元和微粉碳酸钙制备单元;浮选除硅单元包括浮选搅拌槽、浮选机及第一压滤机,活性石灰制备单元包括预热器、焙烧炉、冷却器及压球成型系统,微粉碳酸钙制备单元包括强磁磁选机、水力旋流器、碳化槽、浓缩机、第二压滤机及干燥粉磨系统。方法为:调整电石渣浆料PH值,对浆料脱硅脱碳,压滤制备氢氧化钙滤饼;预热氢氧化钙滤饼,一部分作为脱硫剂,另一部经高温焙烧形成活性石灰,压球成型制备成活性石灰颗粒,其作为电石制备系统原料使用;加水稀释氢氧化钙滤饼,磁选脱除铁化物,除杂后在碳化槽内制备碳酸钙浆液,增浓后压滤制备碳酸钙滤饼,干燥粉磨后形成微粉碳酸钙。
