The invention discloses a novel telegraph pole, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 500 to 700 parts of cement, 130 to 150 parts of broken stone, 40 to 60 parts of agel material, 80 to 120 parts of waste residues, 130 to 150 parts of water and 20 to 30 parts of an additive. The self-weight of the telegraph pole is reduced by reducing the use amount of broken stone and sand, the broken stone and the sand are changed into light waste residues, the waste residues achieve recycling of agricultural waste, the telegraph pole is more environmentally friendly, the anti-freezing performance of the telegraph pole is improved, the impermeability of the telegraph pole is effectively improved, the bearing degree of rain wash is increased, and the cost is greatly reduced. Due to the addition of the gel material, the volume is small, the adhesion degree between the mixtures is increased, and the service lifetime of the telegraph pole is effectively prolonged.
本发明公开一种新型电线杆,由以下重量份数的原料组成:水泥500‑700份、碎石130‑150份、凝胶材料40‑60份、废渣80‑120份、水130‑150份、外加剂20‑30份。通过减少碎石与沙子的使用量从而减轻电线杆的自重,换成材质轻便的废渣,废渣实现了农业废弃物的回收利用,更加环保,而且增加了电线杆防冻抗冻的性能,也有效提高了电线杆的抗渗性,增大了对雨水冲刷的承受度、也大大降低了成本;凝胶材质的加入,体积小,增加了混合料之间的粘合度,也有效延长电线杆的使用寿命。
