The invention discloses a nano carbon-containing castable for a blast furnace tapping channel. The castable is prepared from 5-10% of special-grade high-aluminum clinker, brown fused alumina and whitefused alumina, compact corundum with the particle size of 1-0.15 mm and the granularity of 325 meshes, silicon carbide, silicon oxide micro-powder, alpha-Al2O3 micro-powder, pure calcium aluminate cement, dispersible nano carbon powder, an antioxidant, chopped carbon fibers, polyvinyl alcohol explosion-proof fibers and a water reducing agent, wherein the compact corundum of the 325-mesh fine powder is coated by the nano carbon film. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the castable. According to the castable, the compact corundum of the 325-mesh fine powder is coated by the nano carbon film, and the spherical asphalt is replaced by the dispersible nano carbon so that the carbon residue rate of a carbon source is increased, spherical asphalt thermal cracking holes and baking cracking pollution are avoided, the uniform dispersion condition of the nanocarbon in the castable and the contact probability and the contact area of the nanocarbon and refractory raw materials ofthe castable are improved, distribution of the nanocarbon in the castable is homogenized, and corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance of the nanocarbon are enhanced.
