The invention relates to a ballast bed waterproof and drainage structure. The ballast bed waterproof and drainage structure comprises a tunnel pipe body, a filling layer, a track ballast bed, a firstwater seepage pipe and second water seepage pipes; the first water seepage pipe and a plurality of second water seepage pipes are arranged between the filling layer and the inner wall of the tunnel pipe body; the first water seepage pipe extend in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel pipe body; the second water seepage pipes are arranged in the transverse direction of the tunnel pipe body andmatch the inner bottom of the tunnel pipe body, and the multiple second water seepage pipes communicate with the first water seepage pipe and are arranged on the two sides of the first water seepage pipe in the longitudinal direction. According to the ballast bed waterproof and drainage structure provided by the invention, the first water seepage pipe and the second water seepage pipes are used for forming a water seepage grid below the track ballast bed, so that seepage water below the track ballast bed can permeate into the water seepage pipes in time and then is drained through the water seepage pipes, and therefore, deformation harm of the seepage water to the track ballast bed can be effectively reduced.
