The device comprises a main mounting plate and a connecting rod; a driving lead screw is connected with the interior of the main mounting plate through a bearing; flat conical teeth are in key connection with the rear end of the driving lead screw; vertical conical teeth are in engaged connection with the outer sides of the flat conical teeth; a rotating shaft is in key connection with the interiors of the vertical conical teeth; a driven lead screw is in key connection with the interiors of the flatconical teeth; the driven lead screw is in bearing connection with the interior of a mounting groove; and the mounting groove is formed in the main mounting plate.
