Through the interaction between the dam body, the water groove, the shell, the floating plate, the gear rod, the N pole, the S pole and the connecting rod, the device can send an electric signal to a remote control center and supply power to a buzzer for early warning under the action of an electromagnetic induction device when the river reaches the warning water level line, thus the staff can conveniently find the change of the river water level earlier, and an emergency plan for water level change can be made in advance.
