The equipment can be applied to water surface garbage collection of a hydraulic engineering project; the power mechanism is pushed to make motion by kinetic energy of a water flow, and supplies power to the a device; the collection supporting stand can collect garbage on the water surface; collected garbage is pushed by the pushing mechanism into the dewatering inner supporting stand and is subjected to dewatering treatment; and the dewatering mechanism conducts dewatering treatment of the garbage to separate water and the garbage.
