The dreg cleaning device can be used as a hook harrow for dreg salvaging when river dreg is cleaned, can be used as a support rod for pushing a salvaging ship to move whenthe salvaging ship is moved, and has the characteristic of dual purposes; meanwhile, the space occupied by a traditional slag removal ship due to the fact that a paddle and a hook rake exist at the same time is reduced, the saved ship body space can be used for preventing more river channel slag, the single-time river channel slag salvaging amount of the ship body is increased, and then the riverchannel slag salvaging efficiency of the ship body is improved.
