The invention provides an underground diaphragm wall precast concrete supporting structure and supporting method. The structure comprises a groove and two guide walls on opposite sides of the groove.The underground diaphragm wall guide wall precast concrete supporting structure comprises a precast concrete support beam, a wedge block, a crossbeam and a hanging bar. The precast concrete support beam is arranged between the two guide walls. A first end of the precast concrete support beam is a a slope surface arranged toward a guide wall. A second end of the precast concrete support beam is a plane fitted to an adjacent guide wall. The precast concrete support beam is embedded with a lifting ring. The wedge block is wedged in a gap between the first end slope of the precast concrete supporting beam and the guide wall. The crossbeam is arranged on the upper of the precast concrete supporting beam. The two ends of the crossbeam are correspondingly arranged on the two guide walls. The twoends of the hanging bar are correspondingly arranged on the crossbeam and the lifting ring. The underground diaphragm wall guide wall precast concrete supporting structure can be pre-manufactured, andis convenient and quick in installation and simple in manufacturing process. At the same time, the structure can be disassembled and reused.
