Detection method and system for bearing capacity of underground diaphragm wall
The invention relates to a detection method and system for bearing capacity of an underground diaphragm wall. The detecting method includes the steps of horizontally disposing an ejecting piece in a reinforcement cage of an underground diaphragm wall, making first positioning pieces penetrate through the reinforcement cage to be fixedly connected with the tops of first rebar sections, putting thereinforcement cage down into an excavated groove, pouring concrete into the groove to form the underground diaphragm wall, disposing the exposed parts, corresponding to the first positioning pieces, of sensors on the ground around the underground diaphragm wall, adjusting the length of the ejecting piece so as to exert ejecting and pushing force on the first rebar sections and second rebar sections, detecting displacement of the exposed parts of the first positioning pieces by the sensors, and detecting whether the bearing capacity of the underground diaphragm wall meets the design requirementor not according to the ejecting and pushing force and the displacement. The detecting method effectively solves the problem of detection difficulty of the bearing capacity of the underground diaphragm wall, has a low requirement for detecting place, occupies a small space and little affects a surrounding soil body, and the detecting system is simple in structure, convenient to install and relatively easy to obtain.
本发明涉及一种地下连续墙承载能力的检测方法及其系统,包括:将顶升件水平安装于地下连续墙的钢筋笼中;将第一定位件穿过钢筋笼并与第一钢筋段的顶部固定连接;将钢筋笼下放至已开挖的沟槽中,并向沟槽中浇筑混凝土以形成地下连续墙;将传感器对应第一定位件的露出部分设置于地下连续墙周围的地面上;调节顶升件的长度,以对第一钢筋段和第二钢筋段施加顶推力,并利用传感器检测第一定位件露出部分的位移量,从而根据推顶力和位移量检验地下连续墙的承载能力是否符合设计要求。本发明有效的解决了地下连续墙承载能力检测困难的问题,对检测场地的要求较低,占用的空间小,对周围土体的影响也较小,且该检测系统结构简单,安装方便,较易实现。
