The invention discloses a connecting structure of a supporting column and a house bottom plate of a modular prefabricated house. The connecting structure comprises first layer steel, a modular supporting column and a connecting part which connects the first layer steel to the modular supporting column; the modular supporting column is located above the first layer steel; the connecting part comprises a screw and a sleeve; the first layer steel is provided with a connecting column and the sleeve is connected to a connecting column in a sleeving manner; the modular supporting column is of a hollow structure, a supporting column through hole is formed in the bottom of the modular supporting column, and one end of the screw penetrates the supporting column and is connected to the sleeve. According to the connecting structure of the supporting column and the house bottom plate of the modular prefabricated house, by arranging the sleeve above the first layer steel, the first layer steel andthe modular supporting column are fixed by a connecting mode of the screw and the sleeve, so that the connecting structure is firmer to connect, and therefore, the integral stability and bearing capacity are improved.
