The invention provides a hinge structure of a folding box-type house, the folding box-type house, and a folding method and opening method of the folding box-type house. A first rotating shaft body anda second rotating shaft body are disposed on a first hinge piece and a second hinge piece of the hinge structure correspondingly. In the folding box-type house, the first rotating shaft body and thesecond rotating shaft body are rotationally connected with a lower stand column and an upper stand column correspondingly. The folding method includes the step of rotating the hinge structure to makethe first hinge piece, the second hinge piece, the upper stand column and the lower stand column all located on the same side of a rotation axis so as to restore a rotating and swinging freedom degreeof the hinge structure. The opening method includes the step of rotating the hinge structure to make a first abutting part and a second abutting part abut against a first side of the rotation axis and to make the top of the lower stand column and the bottom of the upper stand column abut against a second side of the rotation axis so as to limit the relative swinging between the upper stand columnand the lower stand column. The folding box-type house is switched between a use form and a folded form so as to be conveniently transported, and the box-type house is simple in form switching operation, thereby improving assembly efficiency.
