The invention provides a ceiling module, a modular ceiling system and a mounting method of the modular ceiling system. The ceiling module comprises a facing gypsum board, a bonding material and a plurality of covering keels, wherein the plurality of covering keels are arranged on the non-decorative surface of the facing gypsum board at intervals, and the bonding material is arranged between the covering keels and the facing gypsum board. The facing gypsum board is an uncut gypsum board. According to the ceiling module, the gypsum board does not need to be cut, and the whole gypsum board can bedirectly constructed and mounted. The modular ceiling system is simple in structure and convenient to construct, the construction process is effectively simplified, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction period is shortened, construction waste is reduced, and the attractiveness of the ceiling system is improved.
