The invention discloses a combined assembling type building decorative plate and a mounting method. The combined assembling type building decorative plate comprises a main plate body; an inserting plate is fixedly connected with one end of the main plate body; a slot corresponding to the inserting plate is formed in the end, far away from the inserting plate, of the main plate body; two symmetrical clamping plates are rotatably connected with the inner side walls of the slot through rotary shafts; a clamping groove corresponding to the clamping plates is formed in the inserting plate; a base plate is arranged at the end, far away from the inserting plate, of the slot; and the base plate is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the slot through a sliding rod. The mounting method comprises the following steps: 1, at first, inserting the inserting plate of one of the main plate bodies in the slot of another main plate body; 2, at the same time, under the pushing and extruding action of the inserting plate, enabling the clamping plates to be automatically clamped in the clamping grooves; and 3, then, when the end, far away from the main plate body, of the inserting plate is propped against the base plate, finishing assembling of two decorative plates. Through arranging a clamping joint structure, the decorative plate is more convenient and faster in assembling, so that the mountingefficiency of the decorative plate is improved.
