The invention provides a stair seam connection chiseling-free device and a formwork construction method thereof. The device comprises a seam connection chiseling-free assembly, a sealing cleaning portassembly and a keel groove supporting assembly. The seam connection chiseling-free assembly comprises a closing net and a baffle, the closing net is fixed to formworks on the two sides of a stair, the baffle is arranged on one side of the closing net, the baffle is perpendicular to the formworks on the two sides of the stair, and the end of the baffle is provided with a clamping groove for fixingthe closing net. The keel supporting assembly is arranged at the bottom of the seam connection chiseling-free assembly. The keel supporting assembly comprises a keel groove made of square steel and used for supporting an integral stair formwork. The sealing cleaning port assembly comprises a cover plate and a supporting plate strip. The supporting plate strip is connected to the square steel of the keel groove, and the cover plate is arranged on the top of the supporting plate strip. The device has the beneficial effects of avoiding secondary chiseling, improving the rigidity of a formwork system, improving the molding quality, and improving a cleaning port to avoid slurry leakage of the cleaning port.
