The invention discloses a fair-faced concrete construction formwork system and a construction method thereof, and relates to the field of building construction formworks. The fair-faced concrete construction formwork system involves fair-faced concrete film-coated formworks arranged in a surrounding mode, aluminum alloy n-shaped beam secondary keels vertically arranged on the outer side faces of the fair-faced concrete film-coated formworks at intervals in the horizontal direction, double-channel steel main keels horizontally arranged on the outer sides of the aluminum alloy n-shaped beam secondary keels at intervals in the vertical direction and high-strength split full-thread bolts oppositely pulled between the fair-faced concrete film-coated formworks of an inner wall and an outer wall,wherein each of the aluminum alloy n-shaped beam secondary keels is integrally in an n-shape and comprises a rectangular main frame, a partition plate arranged in the middle of the rectangular main frame and a pair of U-shaped connecting plates symmetrically arranged at the two bottom corners of the rectangular main frame. The fair-faced concrete construction formwork system and the constructionmethod thereof solve the problems of small rigidity, heavy self-weight, poor integrality, large supporting and detaching and reinforcing difficulty and low work efficiency existing when an existing fair-faced concrete formwork supporting system is used for constructing ultrahigh and ultra-thick walls, and solve the problems that fair-faced concrete forming quality is unstable and not easy to guarantee at the same time.
