The invention relates to the technical field of building protection, in particular to a detachable temporary edge protecting device of an assembled building. The device comprises a protecting rack, asupporting rack and a cushion. The protecting rack is arranged outside a corner of the building and wraps part of the building. The supporting part is arranged inside the corner of the building corresponding to the protecting rack. The supporting rack is provided with a reinforcing rib plate. Connecting holes are formed in corresponding positions of the protecting rack and the supporting rack. A connecting hole is formed in a position corresponding to the corner of the building. The protecting rack and the supporting rack are fixedly connected to the corner of the building as the connecting holes are threaded by bolts. The cushion comprises an elastic material, is arranged outside the protecting rack and is used for alleviating impact to the temporary edge of the corner of the building.
