The embodiment of the invention discloses an electronic lock structure and an unlocking method for a dangerous solid waste transfer container, and relates to the technical field of chemical environment protection. The structure and the method can improve the tightness of the container and improve the safety in the environment that a plurality of containers are stacked in a large amount in a centralized mode. The lock structure comprises a lock rod and a lock box; a limiting device for accommodating the lock rod to pass through and a locking mechanism are arranged in the lock box, and a gear isinstalled in the locking mechanism; a rack is processed on the lock rod and extends into the limiting device in the lock box from the outside and is matched with the gear in the lock box, so that a container cover of an industrial hazardous waste storage and transportation container can be tightly covered on a shell to form a sealed state; and the lock structure further comprises an electronic lock device, a motor drive a spring to deform by scanning an electronic code, a lock bolt is contacted with the locking mechanism, and the gear is unlocked. The invention also provides the unlocking method and the industrial hazardous waste storage and transportation container adopting the lock structure. The structure, the method and the containner are suitable for the scene of storing and transporting a large amount of chemical hazardous waste.
