Wellhead safety door hoisting device
The invention belongs to the field of metal or nonmetal mine shaft wellhead safety door hoisting devices and particularly relates to a wellhead safety door hoisting device comprising a hoisting mechanism and a hoisting body. The hoisting mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the hoisting body and comprises a hoisting frame, a supporting shaft and a roller; the roller is arranged on the supporting shaft; two ends of the supporting shaft penetrate out of two sides of the hoisting frame and are assembled in a safety door beam through bearings; and the hoisting body is formed by connecting anupper section and a lower section through a hinge. Compared with a traditional wellhead safety door hoisting device, the wellhead safety door hoisting device in the invention has the advantages that due to the existence of the hinge on the hoisting body, the whole structure of the hoisting device is not prone to damage when the wellhead safety door of the mine shaft is collided, so that the faultrate of the whole structure of the hoisting device is reduced, meanwhile, the maintenance operation is simple, maintenance personnel only need to take down the lower section of the hoisting body and replace the lower section with a new lower section, the maintenance cost is low, and the maintenance efficiency is high.
