The invention discloses a detection and repair device for a sewage drain pipe. The detection and repair device comprises an equipment main shaft, wherein two moving mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the equipment main shaft from left to right; each moving mechanism comprises six movement seats symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the equipment main shaft by taking the equipment main shaftas a center; a moving chute with an opening direction away from the equipment main shaft is arranged in each moving seat; and a moving spring is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of one side, close to the equipment main shaft, of each moving chute. According to the detection and repair device for the sewage drain pipe, a damaged position can be determined through the change of the water flow direction, meanwhile, sediment deposited in a pipeline can be simply removed when the device moves in the pipeline, then a repairing mechanism is attached to a damaged part, the damaged part is repaired through spraying of repairing agents after water is discharged, pressure is applied to detect whether the damaged part is leaked or not during repairing, and the whole device can move in the pipeline through supporting between the whole device and the pipe wall.
