A solar cell pan el, a charging and discharging controller and a rainwater collection groove are formed inthe top face of a pavilion roof, multiple air outlets are formed in the bottom face, an annular lamp pipe sleeves the middle of the pavilion roof, a pavilion column is of a hollow structure, and internally comprises an air purifying device, an ultrasonic atomizing device and an intelligent control device, the air purifying device is composed of a composite filter layer, an electrostatic adsorptiongeneration device and a negative-ion generator, the ultrasonic atomizing device is composed of an ultrasonic atomizing piece, a water level controller, a water tank and a water pump, the intelligentcontrol device is composed of an induction controller, a real-time monitoring sensor and a micro controller, the side face of an annular seat is provided with an air outlet, and the annular seat is located on the bottom of a pavilion column. An air flow field driven by a fan to be from bottom to top is formed in an umbrella-shaped main body, the air is filtered, absorbed, atomized and cooled, theair with negative ions is diffused to the outer space, and the aims of air purifying, air cooling, viral transmission reduction and the like are achieved.
