Damage control method of offshore rock socketed pile foundation blasting excavation
The invention provides a damage control method of offshore rock socketed pile foundation blasting excavation. The method comprises the steps of sinking a sleeve to the designated position, drilling vertical blast holes according to the blasting design; filling the bottom of the blast holes with sea sand/rock debris for buffer layer laying; placing a special combination packaged in an elastic sealbag at the sleeve mouth, and making the combination fall by gravity onto the buffer layer. The special combination comprises a waterproof elastic sealing bag, a high-pressure inflatable air bag, an iron ball, a charging section, and an inflatable tank. The high-pressure inflatable air bag is arranged in the waterproof elastic sealing bag from bottom to top, and the inflatable tank is arranged in the inner of the high-pressure inflatable air bag. The method further comprises the steps of installing an upper seismic source grain, blocking the blast holes, pulling out the casing, and networking the blast holes, using a detonator to detonate the grain, and performing rock foundation blasting. This method can effectively control blasting damage of pile foundation rock mass, ensure the bearing capacity of the rock socketed pile foundation, enhance the excavation effect of rock masses to be broken, and fully protect the pile foundation rock mass, especially suitable for the excavation of offshore rock socketed pile in deep water.
本发明提供海上嵌岩桩基爆破开挖损伤控制方法,包括:将套管下沉至指定位置,并按照爆破设计钻设垂直炮孔;向炮孔底部填入海砂/岩屑以进行缓冲层铺设;将由弹性密封袋包装的特制联合体置于套管口,使其由重力下落至缓冲层上;特制联合体包括:防水弹性密封袋,和由下至上置于该防水弹性密封袋内的高压充气气囊、铁球、装药段,以及设置于高压充气气囊内部的充气罐;进行上部震源药柱的安装;对炮孔进行堵塞,拔出套管,并将各炮孔进行联网,通过雷管引爆药柱,进行岩石基础爆破。本方法能够有效控制桩基岩体的爆破损伤、保证嵌岩桩基础承载力,同时增强建待破碎岩体的开挖效果,充分保护桩基岩体,特别适用于深水条件下海上嵌岩桩的开挖。
