Easy-to-mechanize arched shed sliding door and use method thereof
The invention discloses an easy-to-mechanize arched shed sliding door and a use method thereof. Optimization of a part of an arch shed framework and an arch shed sliding door is included. The easy-to-mechanize arched shed sliding door comprises a door frame arranged at the end part of the arched shed framework, wherein a first door body and a second door body which are staggered with each other are arranged in the door frame along the width direction; two large-span transverse sliding doors are the first door body and the second door body respectively; and the left half part of the transversesliding door is the first door body, and the right half part of the transverse sliding door is the second door body. The first door body is in sealing contact with the second door body, and a half-open door is arranged on the first door body. The two large-span transverse sliding doors capable of sliding relatively are designed so that large and medium-sized machines can go in and out of the arched shed conveniently and straightly, mechanical operation maximization can be achieved, and meanwhile, by improving the structures of supporting rods and inclined supporting rods, the toughness of theoverall structure of the arched shed is improved, the pressure resistance and the wind resistance are enhanced, and the overall structure of the arched shed is more stable.
本发明公开了一种宜机化拱棚推拉门及使用方法,包括对部分拱棚骨架和拱棚推拉门的优化,其中一种宜机化拱棚推拉门包括设置在拱棚骨架端部的门框,门框内沿宽度方向设有相互错开的第一门体和第二门体,两个大跨度横向推拉门分别为上述的第一门体和第二门体,左半部分横向推拉门为第一门体,右半部分横向推拉门为第二门体。第一门体与第二门体密封接触,第一门体上设有半开门。本发明设计了两扇可以相对滑动的大跨度横向推拉门以方便大中型机械直行进出拱棚,实现机械作业最大化,同时,通过改良支承杆与斜撑杆的结构,提高了拱棚整体结构的韧性,增强了耐压性以及抗风性,使拱棚整体结构更加稳固。
