Process for improving sintering yield of advanced ceramics
A process for improving the sintering yield of advanced ceramics comprises the following steps: selecting a ceramic blank, pretreating the selected ceramic blank, and sintering the pretreated ceramicblank. According to the process, a pretreatment process is added before sintering of the ceramic blank, so that a ceramic (or semi-ceramic) frame structure is formed on the blank, the structure has better effects of resisting pressure and tensile force and can resist deformation generated in the sintering process of ceramic particles, and accordingly poor effects of cracking, deformation, low dimensional accuracy and the like of products in the sintering process are avoided.
一种提高先进陶瓷烧结良品率工艺,包括以下步骤:选择陶瓷胚料,对选择出的陶瓷胚料进行预处理,对预处理完的陶瓷胚料进行烧结。本工艺是在陶瓷胚体烧结前加入一个预处理工序,以在胚体上形成瓷化(或半瓷化)的框架结构,该结构拥有更好的抗压力跟抗拉力的作用,能抵抗陶瓷颗粒烧结过程中产生的变形,从而避免产品在烧结过程中出现开裂、变形、尺寸精度低等不良效果。

A process for improving the sintering yield of advanced ceramics comprises the following steps: selecting a ceramic blank, pretreating the selected ceramic blank, and sintering the pretreated ceramicblank.
