The invention relates to a suspension cable hoisting structure and hoisting method for prefabricated parts in a steep valley terrain. The suspension cable hoisting structure comprises two sets of anchoring devices positioned at the two ends of a steep valley correspondingly, two guide suspension cables, a walking crown block, a driving device, a lifting device, a hoisting tool and a rotating device, wherein the walking crown block is installed through the anchoring devices and the suspension cables, the driving device drives the walking crown block to move along the guide suspension cables, the prefabricated parts are hoisted through the lifting device and the hoisting tool, the prefabricated parts are rotated to the corresponding installation station positions through the rotating device,and the hoisting process of the prefabricated parts can be completed easily, conveniently and rapidly. According to the suspension cable hoisting structure and hoisting method, the prefabricated parts such as prefabricated beams and aqueduct can be hoisted in the steep valley terrain, and the problem that the prefabricated parts cannot be transported to a to-be-installed station or are difficultto transport to the to-be-installed station under the condition that the construction site is limited in the steep valley terrain is effectively solved.
本发明涉及一种陡峭山谷地形中预制构件的悬索吊装结构及吊装方法,包括两组分别位于陡峭山谷两端的锚固装置、两条导向悬索、行走天车和驱动装置、升降装置、吊具和转动装置;通过锚固装置和悬索安装行走天车,通过驱动装置带动行走天车沿导向悬索运动,通过升降机构、吊具起吊预制构件,并通过转动装置将预制构件转动到对应的安装工位位置,能简便、快速完成预制构件的吊装过程。本发明能实现预制梁、渡槽等预制构件在陡峭山谷地形中的吊装,有效解决陡峭山谷地形因施工场地受限等情况下使预制构件无法或很难运至待安装工位的问题。
