The invention provides a concrete interface treating agent and a preparation method thereof, and solves the technical problems that in the using process of a concrete interface treating agent in the prior art, the bonding strength between new concrete and old concrete and between concrete and plastering mortar is insufficient, and hollowing and flaking of a mortar plastering layer are likely to occur. The concrete interface treating agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of fly ash, 0.02-0.05 part of a fiber material, 3-8 partsof a silane coupling agent, 10-20 parts of hard powder, 4-8 parts of redispersible latex powder, 1-3 parts of an excitant, 2-5 parts of an expanding agent, 1-3 parts of a shrinkage reducing agent, and 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent. According to the concrete interface treating agent provided by the invention, in the using process, good bonding strength exists between new concrete and old concrete and between concrete and plastering mortar, and the problems of hollowing and flaking of the mortar plastering layer can be avoided as much as possible.
本发明提供了一种混凝土界面处理剂及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中混凝土界面处理剂在使用的过程中,新旧混凝土之间以及混凝土与抹灰砂浆之间的黏结力度不够,还是可能出现砂浆抹灰层的空鼓、起壳问题的技术问题。其制备包括下述重量份的原料:水泥40‑50份;粉煤灰20‑30份;纤维料0.02‑0.05份;硅烷偶联剂3‑8份;硬质粉末10‑20份;可再分散乳胶粉4‑8份;激发剂1‑3份;膨胀剂2‑5份;减缩剂1‑3份;减水剂1‑3份。本发明提供的混凝土界面处理剂,在使用的过程中,新旧混凝土之间以及混凝土与抹灰砂浆之间具有良好的黏结力度,可以尽可能的避免出现砂浆抹灰层的空鼓、起壳问题。
