The invention aims to solve the technical problem of poor thermal shock resistance of volcanic rock ceramic prepared bythe existing method. The volcanic rock low-expansion ceramic blank is composed of amblygonite, petalite, caustic calcined magnesite, kaolin, volcanic rock superfine powder, far infrared powder, blackmud and cerium oxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, weighing raw materials; and 2, carrying out ball-milling mixing on the raw materials weighed in the step 1, carrying outfilter pressing dehydration, vacuum pugging, molding and drying to obtain green body pug, carrying out rolling or slip casting, drying, fettling and moisturizing, and slowly sintering to 1200-1230 DEG C in a room-temperature reducing atmosphere for 12-14.5 hours to obtain the product. The expansion coefficient of the ceramic product is low, the expansion coefficient alpha (800-20 DEG C) reaches about 1.9-2.5*10<-6>/DEG C, the breaking strength is 60-70MPa, and the thermal shock resistance enables the ceramic product not to be cracked after one-time quenching at 350-20 DEG C.
火山岩低膨胀陶瓷坯料及火山岩低膨胀陶瓷的制备方法,本发明属于陶瓷材料技术领域,特别涉及一种低膨胀陶瓷坯料及陶瓷的制备方法。本发明的目的是为了解决现有方法制备的火山岩陶瓷抗热震性能差的技术问题,火山岩低膨胀陶瓷坯料由磷锂铝石,透锂长石,轻烧镁,高岭土,火山岩超微粉、远红外粉,黑泥和氧化铈组成。制备方法:一、称取原料;二、将步骤一称取的原料经球磨混合后,进行压滤脱水、真空练泥、成型、干燥,即得到坯体泥料,再经滚压或注浆成型、干燥、修坯补水,从室温还原气氛经12~14.5h慢烧至1200~1230℃,即得。本发明陶瓷产品其膨胀系数低,达到α(800~20℃)=1.9~2.5×10‑6/℃左右,抗折强度为60~70MPa,抗热震性能在350~20℃一次急冷不裂。
