The invention relates to an expansion joint reinforcement structure for a bridge, a bridge expansion joint structure and a construction method. The expansion joint reinforcement structure comprises amain beam plate, at least one expansion joint construction steel bar set and a plurality of annular stirrups, and a reserved notch is formed in one end of the main beam plate; the expansion joint constructional steel bar sets are arranged at intervals in the transverse bridge direction, one part of each expansion joint constructional steel bar set is implanted into the main beam plate, and the other part of each expansion joint constructional steel bar set is located in the corresponding reserved notch and forms an installation space used for installing the modular expansion joint device; themultiple annular stirrups are arranged in the transverse bridge direction and located on the outer side of the installation space, one part of each annular stirrup is implanted into the main beam plate, and the other part of each annular stirrup is located in the corresponding reserved notch; in all the annular stirrups, the annular stirrup adjacent to the installation space comprises a first section and a second section which are detachably connected; the first section is implanted into the main beam plate, and the second section is located in the reserved notch. The problem in the prior artthat the installation requirement of a large-displacement modular expansion joint and the stress requirement of a beam plate structure in a notch range cannot be met simultaneously can be solved.
